Fantastic company to shop with! I recently got myself a Coveney armless sofa bed. There are loads of fabric and color options, and I went with Modena Teal. Before I made my purchase, I decided to get a fabric sample. The online picture matched the actual fabric really well. I reached out via the chat box since I had a rough experience with Made.com, who went under and I lost my cash (TIP: always use your credit card for pricey items, I had to file a section 75 claim). Customer service even called me to ease my worries about their buying process, so I went for it and confirmed my order. The delivery was right on time. The delivery team showed up promptly and took their shoes off while bringing it upstairs. I’m absolutely thrilled with the Coveney. It fits just right in my tiny box bedroom.

This foldable bed is really solid and well-made. I’ve got a hip issue, and this one works way better for me than a regular bed. Totally worth it!

I was under the impression I got a sofa bed. Turns out I actually ordered a regular sofa. I shot an email to the company, and they replied in about 30 minutes. They arranged for the sofa to be picked up and placed an order for my sofa bed. Emma from customer service was super helpful. This company really shows that you get what you pay for. They couldn't be more accommodating. A bit pricier, but totally worth it. I'd definitely recommend them.

I noticed a small problem with the finish on my lampshade, but given the price and the awesome design, I wasn't too bothered. Still, I felt a bit let down, so I figured I should mention it. They connected me with the designer over in France, who then talked to the manufacturer in Scotland. I received a replacement that was much better, and the whole process was smooth—they really listened to my concerns. I’m pretty picky about quality, but I didn’t expect it to be flawless at this price point. In the end, I was really pleased.

This double folding bed is just what you need when you’ve got more guests than beds. The Jay-Be Supreme Automatic Small Double Folding Bed comes with a Rebound e-Fibre Mattress, and it’s comfy, simple to put together, fairly priced, and was delivered quickly (even during the holiday rush!). Seriously, what’s not to love? Kudos to Made to Last.

We purchased a beautiful coffee table, but ran into an issue with one of the legs. Emma handled it like a pro, and they shipped us a replacement table. Super smooth and efficient service - much appreciated!

We faced quite a few hiccups with communication while waiting for our delivery. But man, we absolutely adore the sofa now that it’s here. We got the Exning sofa in a box, and putting it together was a breeze. We're super pleased with the quality.

The furniture showed up right on schedule and is super comfy. My only gripe was the lack of paper instructions for assembling the sofa bed. I got an email with some pics and a video, but I would have liked to have it in printed form with diagrams on how to put it together. I did ask about it, but was told they couldn't provide that!

Thanks for getting back to me, Emma. I noticed that the mattress came without any packaging, and I've been trying to sleep on it without being able to fold it back. In your video, there's a guy who seems to fold it back into a sofa with no trouble at all! If you have one in stock, give it a shot yourself, Emma. The foot of the bed is super heavy, packed with metal in the mechanism, making it impossible for just one woman—or even two—to lift. When you pull it out and down, gravity helps you out. But when you try to push it up and back, you gotta lift it first, just like you show. Seriously, just give it a go!

In December 2021, we received two Burwell two-seater sofas, and then in July 2022, we got a Burwell two-seater sofa bed. Our main issue is with the cushions. The two sofas come with cushions that are lightly filled with a soft material, while the sofa bed's cushions are packed tight with what seems like foam-plastic. Both options are pretty comfy, but honestly, the soft-filled ones could use a bit more stuffing. The real kicker is that all the cushions only have the Modena fabric on one side. This means they can't be flipped over, which is a downside.

They were super helpful, guiding me on how to take it apart so it could fit in the alcove. But, I realized I hadn’t left enough space, and it just wouldn’t go. I learned that even though the sofa was custom-made, the company offers a 14-day full refund guarantee. They were really understanding and collected the sofabed without any hassle. I've now ordered a slightly smaller sofa bed and can’t wait for it to be set up at the end of the month.

Awesome... I decided to give it a shot and placed my order via phone. The person on the line was super helpful. While other places were saying it would take 10 to 20 weeks, they estimated just 6 weeks for delivery. Ultimately, the sofabed arrived even sooner after they coordinated with me. The couch is gorgeous, even nicer than I expected, and really comfy.

I bought the Burwell Right Hand Ottoman Storage Sofabed in saffron velvet back in May, and I gotta say, I'm really happy with it. Kinjal Patel kept the communication smooth, and everything went off without a hitch. Empire Delivery showed up in the late evening and handled the setup of this big piece of furniture in a tight spot with great care. The quality of the sofa is fantastic, and it's built really well. Honestly, I couldn't be more satisfied. I've had a few guests stay over, and they've all said it’s a super comfy bed! Big thanks to Made to Last! Awesome sofa! Awesome service!
